How often do your custi's comment on the smell of your cleaning agents and protectors? Negative and/or positive.

You really should NOT be introducing any other odor into a home unless it is specifically needed. That is why you should be using stuff like Soap Free or Planet Guard.

They clean most things well and hardly have any odor at all.

Listen, what smells good to YOU...might make someone else sick to their stomach.

That is a possible sceniro but custys associate a "good" smell with a "good" clean.

Some customers associate lemon scent with clean, since it was the number one additive to dish soap and laundry detergents. You might notice that's less prevelant today. As more people become senisitive to "chemicals" anything that adds an odor has the potential to irritate someone. We get asked a lot, and people seem to like the idea that our products have no added scent.

If you're going to be using something with an odor, it would be polite to let them know that the product has a light (whatever) scent and ask if that would be OK. You'll get positive feedback most of the time, and keep from irritating those that don't like your choice of perfume.
