What is it?

Got a call from a lady who said it solved her pet odor problem, but it seems to have discolored the carpet. They made her sign a dislaimer before treatment. The tech said it may appear lighter after but should vacuum out. It did not.

She wants me to come a try to flush it out. Is it worth a try?

Try just rinsing it out. It's most likely residue stuck in the fibers. Usage is similiar to OSR.

PURT is very effective. In fact, I have not found anything as equal that is as simply. It discolors the carpet because of overwetting and elevated Ph.
