Im trying to figure out how to get my chemical feed working on my wm1200. It seems like it wants to draw but just doesnt have enough suck.

Justin Stockwell mentioned replacing the diaphram but where do I get one and how do I replace it? How do I know it needs replacing?

1st replace all the clear 1/4" tubing involved in the system. Check the Dwier/chem meter for any hairline cracks around the fittings

And mark your calendar for Wednesdays webinar on how trucmounts are designed

Make sure you put #3 (check valve) in the right way as shown on Fred's post or you will crush it and make it worthless.

Usually they crack in the center.. I would start with the hoses like Mike said, but a rebuild kit is inexpensive.

Take it apart and take a look..
