If you can find a prochem Apex, instead of the two you're looking at above, you will appreciate my suggestion. You don't want to buy a problem

There's also a Blueline Bluewave (same motor as the 570, and apex) for sale on Facebook now for $10k with 1700hrs on it. It looks brand new and that was a good model from the way I have seen the layout and specs of it. Blower is easy to service, heat exchangers have easy access, and all the major components are easy accessible.
