Chemspec DFC 105-210

Is any one using the Chemspec DFC 210 prespray and 105 rinse chemicals? I am looking for a good resi prespray that rinses well with plain water and doesn't leave a residue. Something that leaves the carpet nice and soft.

I have done some cleaning performance tests with mainly the DFC 210 powder.

It cleaned well for a "green formulation".

I have not tested it for resoiling potential.

It actually removes old soapy residues.
We use about 20 cases a month.
Some people use it in a Cimex every other month on maintenance programs with good success.

DFC 105 liquid or DFC 210 powder ?

i use the dfc products and they seem to work just fine.i use the powder.
