Chubb Insurance....

We are currently doing a loss covered by Chubb Insurance.
We have never worked with them before so I would like to get some feedback about them.

We have worked with Chubb many times in the past. Normally they are commercial or very large homes(1,000,000.00+) never had a problem. Have your documentation and a reserve ready. They use the upper end of adjusters that will know their stuff. That is not a bad thing But you will not pull anything over on them, not that YOU would try. You should be find.

People that have big money, swear by this insurance company(they like them). I have heard their praises sung before. Ron

Pretty easy going for the homeowner, they are use to letting them call the shots.

Working with the adjusters was never a problem, but they had a hard shell and seem annoyed working residential losses.

Win over the homeowner and you shouldn't have any problems.
