i love the cimex . it may not actualy clean but it does get the results that my custys want. I think for commercial maintenance or commercial jobs where the bid has been squeezed so low you cant make money doing hwe, the cimex reigns king. do you hwe only crusaders expect me to believe that your standards are so high you would rather leave money sitting on the table than use a cimex! lol this is maddness. especialy when I know for a fact that the cimex can make the carpet in especialy commercial office and retail situations look better than hwe. I am notjust an encap guy either I do mainly hwe but will not deny encap its place in this trade. I am also a certified master textile cleaner so I do believe that despite only having four years in the business I am qualified to make that opinion. in summary the cimex is not for every job but it does have its place and in the place it works very well!
