Did exactly the same thing with some black pads when I needed to use my Cimex to help strip some wax off of T&G this past week....

No, I've made several when I ran out. Remember I said hexagon, and the 7.75 across the points,
I did them to get the job done, not to be pretty or "board approved"

yes you can fly a 175 over clean floors faster

I've been doing this for a few years, I get Gorilla horse hair pads and cut them using a band saw. They last quite a while. Cheaper price then those Releasit pads.
