It's that time of year again, the claims pages is looking to sell off the open real estate in their publications and are getting out the phone books...... If you get the call - I'd recommend passing on it.

Without getting into a mini series about the events that took place - we were lied to about the publication, and basically ate $5000 ish.

Their call to renew was a reminder for me to send a warning to other potential "victims".

Oh man that sucks, sorry to hear about that.

As you've found out the only ones to read Claims Pages are the advertisers. I think adjusters are just too busy to read it even if they get it.

Did it in 09. . . . past it being a waste of paper - the sales staff, and the executive staff, are slime.

They refused to acknowledge their lies - then when I sent them to them in writing, they stopped taking my calls and responding to e-mails.

Just posting here to possibly save someone time, money, and heartburn.
