what a great idea did you glue it on or screw it on. I will have to do that . thanks for the Idea!!!I have a piece of tack strip across the front of the blower. Never had it let go.
Screwed on. Been on my two snails for over 20 years. Never damaged any carpets, it isn't gonna flap. Lift the back of the blower up and use the weight as it goes down to pull it tight. I always folder the carpet over and then slide the snail under. It has never let go. Keep in mind I don't do floods but I do a/c leaks and other small floods. They stay in for 3 days. I've seen the flapping your talking about and that won't happen at least and the fan end.what a great idea did you glue it on or screw it on. I will have to do that . thanks for the Idea!!!
