That's right at 2 square feet per second. Cover 7000 ft² per hour? Maybe. CLEAN 7000ft² per hour? Doubtful.....

Put another way - if you had a machine with a 19" round pad, you would have to push it forward about 75 feet per minute, with NO overlap and NO stopping to achieve that rate.

Tricky Ricky or PadPrick?

neither ..i don't even think Gurkink claims 7k an hour with his latest and greatest shake'n shine

it's in the BrushPro ad.

are they hooking them together and pulling them like gang mowers at the golf course?
or just marketing morons spouting nonsense??

The claim of 7000 sq. ft. in an hour was sent to Brush Pro by a cleaner using two 20" units connected in tandem. He sent photos that looked like it di a pretty good job. But I don't know the details of the job.

Don't think anyone has used that ad for a long time.

4 of us cleaned 15K this am averaging around 1800sq/ft an hour once we were setup and cleaning.
The areas we cleaned were moderately soiled, lightly soiled away from the enter doors and we moved fairly fast but still needing two pass for cleaning.

I can't imagine any possible way they could have accomplished 7000sq/ft an hour. We had (4) Cimex's which would be 19-inches x 4= 76-inches cleaning path.

They had to be at full trot or it was soiled to any degree.

When I was young we cleaned 35k between 2 trucks in 7 hrs. Still that's only 2500 an hr. But it was trashed.
The real problem when talking about how much and how fast is that clean is subjective. We did 1050 last night at 800psi and it took just under two hrs. It was vacant and square and we could have done it in 30 with the zipper, but it wouldn't have been clean. I'd never be able to clean a restaurant !
