clean wood floor?

I have a lot of customers with wood flooram I missing money here
or is it a pain in the ass to deal with? I am curious as to what equipment
one needs to start.

Most polyurethane finished floors ,engineered hardwood, and wood laminates can be cleaned with a 175 and some pads. really pretty simple actualy. The complicated or tricky part is putting finish on. I just use the gloss from jon don kinda like mop and glow

Warren, I have a training video on how to clean and recoat wood floors. I will be glad to send you the video. Then you can decide for yourself how much of a pain it is. Some cleaners do very well with wood floors and other wood such as kitchen cabinets as well.
