Cleaning gym floor rubber tile squares

I may of asked this before but I can't remember. Anyone have experience cleaning a rubber gym floor? These are big squares, about 2500 square feet. Lots of sweat and tears I'm sure soaked into the floor.

Just trying to figure out how to best attack this.

I have had to do...and we were trying to match new floor to old as close as possible, so we had to get a bit invasive here....
