Cleaning Large Commercial

For those who are cleaning large commercial areas, say over 5000sqft, what are you using for HWE? Wand or rotary extraction? If rotary, what is your preferred choice for a machine?

Caveat, bonnet cleaning or flat rotating brushes are not options.

I prefer the RX 20 for less fatigue and better production times for large commercial. However I never used any other rotary tool however the consensus is that the RX is the best for cgd carpet.

Wand, it's the way to go. We structure our business to clean 20,000 SF with 4 trucks on our commercial nights, usually 2 nights a week when we are rolling.

I know itsd not hwe but the cimex encap does pretty damn good for an alternative method. I did 3600 sf in about an hour and 45min it looked good also
