I have a new client that wants his hotel PTACs cleaned by Truck mount like the "last service company did"
He said they would slide them out on to a tray? on the floor and clean them right there in the room. I remember doing Red Roof inns many years ago and we would take them outside and hose them down.
My question is , how do we do it by this method being in the room , and what is the object of the cleaning? I'm guessing a pretreat , letting it run down , and then a blast with a hand tool to rinse? And sucking all that up with the truck?
And do we do both sides of PTAC, in flow and out flow? These are much newer models then when I was doing them
