Can I apply Cobb’s sealer to tile and grout right after I’ve cleaned it(after I’ve set up air movers to dry quickly)? Or do I have to do it another day, after the t&g is completely dry? Thanks

I put down air movers and get it dry as possible before applying the Seal-A-Cobb. I've had really good results with it. It hasn't mattered if the grout is still a little darker because of moisture. Just do what you can to get it as dry as possible before applying.

The surface should have no drops of water visible.

Usually a small fan will have the floor dry enough in 15-25 minutes.

We formulate to save you time.

Our newest Fluorochemical Sealer w/UV absorber has passed stringent Zenon light testing with the highest rating (5 on 1-5 scale). It is used to prevent UV fading of dyes & for outdoor floor exposure in full sunlight.

Larry, how safe is the ultra seal on cheap metal? I have some red outdoor furniture I'd like to try it on.

Larry, what does this mean in real life?

If I spray it on a new exterior travertine paver deck , it won’t lose its color? (Fade)
( which typically will start to happen in 6 mo. In FL)

And how often would need to be reapplied?

I don't know the exact answer.

The Xenon UV testing we got back showed an improvement from a "2" rating to a "5" rating.

That would indicate 250% longer life in direct sun.

Our UV absorber is NOT water soluble,

so the Florida rain would not wash it out of the stone.

Steve; Is the furniture painted steel? The UV absorber is used in paint to prevent fading.
