Repeat customer, last cleaning was 07/15. UV revealed dozens of pee spots, some very wide. So little Fifi has been busy.
I mixed five gallons of Cobb's super foamy Odor Attack (http://www.cobbcarpet.com/zen/index...d=1127&zenid=4edf8059e01344c2a4c7ee611eba5100) and set to work plopping the stuff on with a soft long handled brush, per his instructions. What a pain! So I tried spraying it with the WORX sprayer, but it doesn't seem to like pumping the bubbles. So back to the brush and manly suffering.
While three rooms and a hallway perked, I mixed Saiger's Sauce (https://saigers.com/supplies/product/new-saigers-sauce-1-free-and-clear/category_pathway-26) and assembled the EDIC. Sprayed the Saiger's Sauce with the WORX sprayer. First time I used the stuff, so I decided to skip scrubbing just to invite failure. It did not fail.
Rinsed with hot water with 1 oz/gallon Saiger'sCide (https://saigers.com/supplies/produc...itron-odor-destroyer-2gal/category_pathway-26) for a pleasant smell and residual odor control.
Results: Cobb's Odor attack started slow and was a pain to apply. Tomorrow, I'm using a garden watering can.
However, by the time I did the prespray with the Saiger's Sauce, those pee spots had gone back to carpet color and the pee smell was GONE. The key is using the UV light to snipe out every dadgum place, then letting the solution have time to work. Cobb's Odor Attack is an excellent product.
The Saiger Sauce absolutely restored that carpet, traffic lanes included, to like-new appearance without agitation. I felt good using the Saiger'sCide in the rinse, because we all know smells sometimes sneak in while things dry.
The customers were over the moon. I was content. It was a good Memorial Day job.
The products are good and they seem to work well together. Buy some if you haven't tried them yet.
