Cold Toes......

Anyone experiencing this problem during the cold months? Man, at night when I'm in my easy chair watching old "Starsky and Hutch" reruns, house warm, blanket on my legs, my toes are cold. I don't have diabetes, and my circulation is just fine.

Today I was at a customers house that worked for a foot Dr., and asked her. She could only think of diabetes and poor circulation. Then she seen me on my knees cleaning furniture, with my shoes curled up at the toe. THAT, she said, was probably my problem.....curling up and cramping my toes while cleaning furniture, cutting off circulation.

Or I'm just too friggin' old.......

First, blow up your tv and eat a lot of peaches. (John Prine)

Second, smartwool socks.

Third, Goose down house booties.

They will warm up by June. Till then get those little chemical heaters sold in sporting goods in Walmart. They work great on feet and hands and they are cheap.
