Color seal on grout failed.

I used my Turboforce to clean tile.
The bathrooms and kitchen grout lines were very dark.
Dirt and color seal came off together in these locations, but nowhere else.

Is this a color seal failure due to the acids in the soil, or something else?
What do you do when this happens?

It only works on new grout.
