I've used 1800psi with a gekko single jet tool. It's a pita though. Sometimes certain strippers (Jabsco or Barebones) and lots of scrubing.

Jim I wouldn't do the job it will probably end up spotty at best, unless I was going to colorseal over the excisting colorseal and then only particular colorseal products. I have been asked many times by excisting large commercial customers to remove Saniglaze and re-colorseal it and won't touch it if it's a whole floor. I have done areas of removal of Saniglaze and it was a son of a gun. Had to use Jabco and it is strong stuff dual gloves and if you get any on the glove you can feel the burn.

Yes, it can, although it's not usually recommended.
