What is your technique for when the grout line is about level with the tile?

Mike we use a diamond triangle shape knife to score down the grout we always include this in our quotes sometimes we just use a razor blade to trim the edges when sealer is dry the problem is you can not do it in a traffic area as it will wear off and create a call back but I have left some behind for the customer to use themselves.
