Keith you do bring up a good point and one that could have a simple fix if you feel that strongly about cross contamination.

I would carry a bottle of Microban or Sterifab and spray and wipe the roller brush with a clean Terry towel and allow to dry between jobs. Do we do that? No. In fact it has never even come up. Not that it won't someday but so far it has not.

You just need to do what @The Great Oz D.A. Burns does with the turbocat vacuum.......But do the @TConway and put 2 together to make quick work of vacuuming.... The customers who really need this actually tell you their concerns of allergies and whatnot..... It will vent outside, if you don't park too close....

We use those on fire jobs with HEPA vacuums and they work great for controlling particulate. But Keith's premise would still be a possibility because it too has a roller brush that could cause cross contamination like the upright vacuum.

I think the disinfectant spray & wipe would be a simple solution barring the purchase of more vacuums.

Are you related to Daniel Boone? He supposedly said I have never been lost, but I will admit to being confused for several weeks.

The Turbo Cat Twin.
I did put TWO TCs together. The results were amazing actually, when you have one turbo they spin like crazy, but with two it works very well, it is way to big for filled homes but on empties it kicks butt. I would like to put a magnet (on all my vacs) but the turbo cats really need one to keep papaer clips and small metal objects from going into the fan.

That being said I am shocked at what has gone through my TCs and it is still working, most coins just get stuck in the intake and don't make it to the fan blade..I would say that would possibly be the end of one if it did happen, but when I check my hepa bag there has been paper clips, thumb tacks and such and it is still working.
I made a hepa insert bag to go inside of my Dev Filters for the dry vac, they work well,.....as long as you remember to swap it out before the wanding starts.

Ok
So to answer your question if you think a CRB is going to make a difference in your cleaning level just check out this video. Now this was done to give my buddy Damon a hard time because the day before I helped him on a job and he was teasing me about my redneck pre scrubber. Damon is a great friend so I couldn't resist giving him a hard time.

But as you can see even with my red neck pre scrubber the carpet changes with one pass, this is why I say without a doubt a CRB will change your cleaning results, as it is 100times better than this, but this is 100 times better than the damb Grandi Groomer
