Commercial Carpet Cleaning Advice

We purchased a ProChem Legend XL in January and are starting our business. I'm interested in commercial contracts, but I need some help: 1) What additional equipment should I start with, 2) how do I price the contracts, 3) does anyone have a "maintenance" program I could use? I'm interested in encapsulation for interim cleaning between hot water extractions - what's the best (and at this point CHEAPEST) way to start? Help - I'm green (not Greenie) and need advice.

I'd get a Brute for maintenance. I think someone here is selling one for a great price.
