Commercial cleaning contract example

I have been cleaning for a real estate company with four offices for about 9 years. They were bought about by coldwell banker last year. I am starting to get calls from the office managers to have me come clean again on a schedule.

Since this is a larger company I would like to formalize the relationship a little more. Does anyone have a commercial contract template they would be willing to share with me?
