The 427 was the worst in a long line of worst for Hydramaster. They will even tell you the same. I wouldn't sell a complete running machine as anything other then a running parts machine if you had another one already. Not you fault Rick, but that's the truth about the 427. You absolutely must remove and and clean the HX every 1000 hours or you will blow that engine.
