I have a customer with a retail store ripping up the vct and want's to grind/polish and seal the concrete.
Another wants the concrete floor in his sports bar polished. I have polished limestone and clean ceramic but never concrete.
Any advice? (useful advice).

If Mikey's Board had a "like" button I wouldn't have to post a stupid post like this one I am posting just so I could watch this thread.

Unless there is a button I don't know about?...maybe I should look for that.

Edit: Well crap..there is a "subscribe" button on threads I haven't posted in.

Ok, where's the delete button? :wink:

Richard;

Concrete will require some specific High Diamond Matrix discs to perform the initial polishing.

My customers utilize a heavy metal drive pad and 6 small diamond discs to restore and polish a concrete floor:

More commercial stores are switching to this type of floor for its durability.

you can clean up and polish the bar room floor but you don't have the right equipment to do the retail store

to bad your so far away....i could do another job like that...

its easy, but tough at the same time if you dont have the right equipment.

i have done a handful of them...

also its a bit of expense at 1st, but when done is super cheap to maintain and keep looking nice...
