Thanks Hydra Dyole...or Master Bloss?

I can't wait to try it out on an upcoming regular encap job, where I can have a look and a feel.

Some RTU encapsulation products actually dry to a crystal when left to evaporate in a cup (or Cimex) tank..

Others do not and make me wonder...

Doyle?

Mike-
There are really two ways to formulate an encapsulation solution - "crystallization dry down" products tend to use more anionic surfactants with the encapsulation surfactants and polymers like they used to use in dry foam shampoos. These days, many of the newer formulations used entirely new chemistry that does not "crystallize" but instead dries down to a brittle state. The net effect on the carpet is the same - that is to prevent rapid resoiling. There are many good products in the industry. I was fortunate to be a part of developing some of the original "crystallization" products and the newer formulations too. We tried to put this knowledge to good use when we formulated Zip Dri Encap TS.

Thank you sir! Are there good directions on how to use this product with a 175 with a bonnet or beige pad? Because that's all I have to test it with.
