StrIpper, black pad, either an OP, or 175, dwell, scrub, suck up the slurry with a shop vac, and rinse W/TM?

Shitty job NTL..

The old owner used a 2*4 as baseboards and caulked the hell out of it.

Yes it on top of a marble floor.

I have a ton of Tile cleaners and I keep going back the the NANO... or what you guys call Prochem UltraPac Extreme. It just does a great job on tile. The other stuff......So so. I really haven't bee too impressed with it.

Saiger's stuff is also good. Never let me down.

Tsunami is good, the new grout magic is decent.

I have so many I'm burning through.

I liked Nano tech, but a few times it wasn't as good as the wave.

I'm currently using the new 4ish ph powder rinse for ceramic/porceline (I can't spell that word for some reason) tile floors
