Converting a hose reel to a power reel..

Anyone interested? I'll go through it again.. As long as there is interest. It's easy as hell!! It will cost around $400.. What says yous? I'm working on one now.. It really is old news.. Whatever!

Chain and sprocket.. No slippage..


Are you going to widen yours too? I still have never mounted mine yet.. lmao

You want to get the sprocket as centered as possible..

I use this for a template for a larger piece of metal I have cut, and weld it to the reel..

I use this motor..

You will have to get a solenoid and 25amp breaker..

Then make sure your sprockets are lined up.. Watch while you turn the reel to make sure the sprocket stay aligned all the way around. If they don't, add or take washers out between the sprocket and reel..
