Our Biz hub 350 copier bit the dust this week. I got it 5 years ago for $1200 served us well

For those of you that are running offices couple questions.

1. Brands you have used? Dependability
2. Rent, Lease, Buy? what's best
3. What have your consumable cost been? Toner etc.
4. What was your monthly copy count? We do about 5-10K
5. What should you expect to spend?

Thanks in advance.

PS sales trolls don't be emailing me. Got a email last week from someone trolling for another product.

Lease is your best bet but I just hate paying forever. The only other option would buy it but get the service plan. Service plan has saved me ton's of money.

lease with a cost per copy plan so all your service and supplies are included. Consider adding to your network if cpc is less than your current cost per print
