Sodium chloride tablets one gram each disolved in water. I take 4 grams a day.
For food I use Himalayanin in the grinder but I use regular table salt and kosher salt too.
I also use the sodium chloride crystals in the water softener now. It keep everything cleaner without that heavy feel on the hair. That's what runs through my Butler. I never get scale. I don't even check my filters anymore.
