I guess somewhat unrelated... But a local carpet cleaning company there, looking for their two stolen Cimexes.

Guy has a janitorial and maid service. He has been downsizing the past year. Has a nice tenant parking lot scrubber for sale still. He and his wife want to concentrate on the maid service. Lighter work and they have several girls working for them. May get some of his contract work that he was providing for his commercial customers.
