Every 3 months, customer rescues cats and has 3 dogs, and some Guinea pigs.

I move the beds, and dressers, clean some mattresses and nuked the carpet, next time I'm trying stabilized clo2

Our 20ish old cat is blind, has liver issues and is pissing all over our house.

But for some awesome reason she doesn't hit the carpet and rugs, just the porcelain.

I spent the afternoon hitting it hard with the SSTIBG and some PreKleen

Chemspec still makes that?

Masterblend had a knockoff that was pretty good too.

The worst part is the cat boxes, and the excess kitty litter pissed into the carpet making clay sticky.

Odor slayer runs a bout $4.83 a rtu if you buy 4 gal.

Obliterate is $8.00 makes 2 gal.

If you buy 16 gal of odor slayer it would be under $4.00 a gal at Aramsco.

It's say an acid used with it can cause bleaching?

It also before , I'm wondering if after rinsing with an acid would effect it too????

You wouldn't, but odor slayer has a warning not to use an acid can cause color loss, I always rinse with last step, that's an acid.

I guess I could rinse with water.

Asking me about the scientific approach behind piss removal, would be like asking Marty about living life to the fullest...

We had a cat for 17 yrs. She’d go in and out the pet door to her box. Just before her exit, she went several times in the house in one place. The last time she went out through the door, I nailed the door shut. In a couple of days it was bye bye. No pets!!

Depending on how far the pisser is from house guests maybe you should try that

We looked at chlorine dioxide 15 years ago. We did not like the safety profile for handling in our plant. Once diluted the safety profile is less of a concern. In essence, any opinion I have would not have facts behind it.
We have vetoed a few raw materials (including strength)over the years based on raw material safety issues. When we used acetic acid we brought in 56% not 99%. Hydrogen Peroxide we bring in 25% and not 35%. We didn't bring in phosphoric acid, methylene chloride, ammonia, rust removal acids, etc. not that you could not make products without significant safety issues, but our workers would be exposed to their hazards.
It has always amazed me that there are a few cleaners who choose to bring in chemical hazards to save a few bucks and not even consider potential liability. One mistake and you will regret the decision for the rest of your life.
