Hey Bob, it may be too early to tell, but what's the difference in gas used between your rejetted old church vans and the newer model Chevy?

Reverse that then put a WooT Woot behind it because it Cleans unbelievably! I save more gas getting to and from then the extra I burn running the Genie. I did one of our oldest accounts today and the carpet was at least as old as the account (15 yrs plus) I have Cleaned this home previously and the difference between the Church van and The Chevy  of course "Betsy" (the old Church Van) is 20yrs old. Reliability as well! Richard is Right, Great machine to build my "Empire" around!

Happy Happy Customer! For all Bawbs faults he can get the Job Done Right! Thanks Again

faults????

Bad actuator for the high RPM's. Used part but it will be replaced.

Good News is I can use a Broom stick with a point shaven in one end of the stick so it will stick in the seat to make dollar dollar bills ya'll! Monday that will be taken Care of though.

other than that........ My weld broke on the bolt for the tank easy fix though.

I colored it in rEd fer ya

forgive my ignorance of thermal dynamic physics...but how does a HX'er make hotter water than the engine anti-freeze in the HX'ers?
even with "hot" water going in

It was a long run commercial job, truck was running with a stick before I had my solenoid all set up,(first day) and probably runnin way to many RPMs. anyway truck was running about 220 on the gage & had hot water access. i know that was the shake down run but it has not been that hot sense

On a good note I finally had a minute to write this post because it's been working non-stop sense the install! Life Is Good!

good to hear you're busy, Crash.
also good to hear the Genie is running well

and lastly...good to hear you won't be needing to replace head gaskets and mill warped heads.
cause if/when you start getting heat above 230 with liquid HX'ers, your van engine is OVER HEATING...

If I lived near Bob, I might consider getting one of his Genies. Or, I might consider moving.

If I bought one from him, the old fart would probably die the next day and leave me hanging for support.
