Sometimes we use a CRB (Counter Rotating Brush) for Agitation

In a case like this, I would have used the Rotovac 360 XL's, but the install was so terrible at the seams....wrinkled and loose...just not a good place unfortunately for the awesome unit....

But, for my next trick, we can use a CRB machine with a standard white brush in this case for the smaller 10 inch CRB and avoid tip bloom, then rinse.

Apply your prespray, CRB agitate, rinse, groom....collect your money and continue on :)

We used the Zipper Wands as they are out go to cleaning tool over a wand..

Was filming to do it all as one, but the camera got shut off, so there is a part 2 cleaning the closet.

I had a 15" and a 20" for 20 plus years. I used the 20" very little, I think the 15 " is the best size. I have been considering buying a trio, waiting to hear some feedback on their durability.

If you had the room in your van would you upgrade to the 15"?

I have thought about it actually. Would make better time of course in a case like this.

These little things won't wear out so I just haven't done it yet.

I like how I can grab one of these with one hand and the Zipper or wand (or other items) in the other hand.

Nice on those apartment complexes

Cap

I am a Harvard Chemical guy Cap....

I know this looks unconventional, but has been working great for us for over 4 years.....

Harvard also has a Saiger Sample pack available too....would just have to contact your local Harvard rep or me to get you on the list....

They got hit pretty hard a week or so ago, and they are working to put more together again....

I usually mix this up in a large batch and lasts most the week on each van.

I might have to try the cimex some day. That looks fast. As an experiment we cleaned a repeat commercial with the vario. It took longer and obliviously wasn't as clean. The customers never noticed the difference. One person vacuumed while one ran the vario vs. running 2 zippers. Some might say it's not a fair comparison but both methods had two people working solid.

I did a charity cleaning for our local Family Support Center on Friday. Used the Cimex and at the end of the job we both felt like the Zipper would have been faster and certainly would have given a better cleaning.

It was lots of individual offices.

Well now, you may have blundered into something with that. The Southern drawl is actually closer to speech of the 18th century than the nasely, clipped dialect of english spoken up there (wherever "there" is), polluted as it is by Swedes, Germans, Eyetalians and God knows who all. We were settled by mostly good honest Scots and a smattering of those pesky oirish, see.

We just don't try to rub it in, is all.

Don't know about appreciation.
Sounds more like he's had a tad too much F & M (Faulkner and moonshine. :winky:)

Mark's videos are great. Granted, he's over worked some subjects. But that is his plan. Figured we'd all chip in, buying him a new tool so he can come up with exciting new videos.
Otherwise he's coming up with a slew of new and improved Xiper videos.
This is a community effort, I'm in for a Jackson.

Talk to Rick Gelinas @encapman crew at Excellent Supply...

This was branded Brush and Clean that I have....

Rick's prices are killer and you just have to call and make sure you talk to someone who knows about the 10 inch CRB there....and consider getting the commercial Brown Brushes for it too...
