Brian is that the bridgepointdirect card?

Nope,
I put that one together myself...I "borrowed" the "idea" from some other cards of course...I'm not that creative.

high power hot water extraction?

Some homeowners might think you are going to soak the carpets.

This is how to come up with the best sales points.

Try thinking this way. Imagine Mrs. Customer commenting to her friend when she comes over and immediately notices your customers clean carpets.....In her (your customer's ) words what exactly would you want her to say to her friend besides that a nice man did a good job...

With the fewest possible words.

It looks like a New Customer oriented Ad, so call it that.

Try a starburst somewhere on the side instead of "coupon spotter" look.
"New Customers receive a FREE gift"

Shrink the kid about 25% put your name across the top, leave the bottom open more.

I would pull some of your exisitng bullets and reword:
Keep it simple, it's Suzie homeowner.

-Truckmounted Steam Cleaning
-Dry in hours, not Days
-Safe for Kids
-Safe for pets
-Free spot remover with every appt.

If you are gonna have the "coupon" clip me and keep me look, then appeal to a larger audience, what is your minimum charge?
Make an offer out of that.

ie: across the bottom of the ad:

$99 3 rooms /$149 4 rooms and a hall /$185 5 rooms, 2 halls etc...
lose the environmental charge in the ad. All coupons should list Reg. price in small print next to discount price.

Remove Cash/cast It's assumed you accept common forms of payment, if you accept visa/MC use the LOGOs! no need for wording.
If you are IICRC, and licensed add it.

You could put in simple english "Large rooms are additional".

I would add somewhere, Ask about ScotchGard and Furniture cleaning.

You could line up several $400 custies from this if done right.

The whole thing sucks. Start over. Sorry I got here late. At least I was able to clear it up for ya.

Just kidding. Clean it up with the others suggestions and go for it.

Not to sound like a broken record but change the "Free Spotter" to "Free Carpet Spotter for Life! That's right- just clean your carpets one time with Mountain View and you'll get professional spotter for life FREE! No strings attached- we'll make your home beautiful and then help you keep it that way!"

This is a much more powerful offer than just one bottle.

PS OR you could live dangerously and offer "Free Carpet Spotter for Life" if they just call you. With the right phone script you should book in excess of 90% of your calls anyway.
