Craigslist adds for employment cost $25. Indeed.com is free. Get people applying and test them out. Don't settle when hiring, especially your first hire. That person might be teaching the rest of the employees someday. Hire someone who you can motivate to get you off the truck. Offer an incentive for cleaning jobs without you. Teaching one to clean carpet is easy. Teaching one to properly communicate and pay attention to details is difficult so they must already have those skills. There are people out there willing and able to do a great job, perhaps even better than you. My 2 leads are better than I am at what they do.

almost 4 weeks away from home and the office...but running the business (or checking on it) from our Mobile office

We are lucky that our son in law can run and manage most of it, and we have a great helper with Austin as well (Known as Happy Feet...or Pizza Boy to some here :) )

Finding someone can take time, and then be prepared for change or someone moving on...

But getting to this point in our lives has been nice.
