Willy, thanks for asking. And, as all of us ultimately will experience, retirement was to become a true reality.
Cross-American was sold little over a year ago to a European firm stationed in England. They approached us with a terrific offer which we could not refuse. They are and have been doing extremely well with the product.
Personally, after near 50 years in this industry it was "getting time" to close that chapter and move on. Fortunately, we were very successful to stay all those years throughout the normal ups and downs of the world-wide economies and help service our great customers, such as yourself!
I hope you are doing very well and you were always a special and personal friend!
