Gym 5 days a week. Not the smelly big head kind. Part of a large hospital complex here and its called a Wellness Center. Very nice place with basketball court and olympic size pool. Also has a stairway to the offices upstairs 2 flights with a landing between. Great weight machines and the usual treadmills and ellipticals.

I start on the basketball court slowly stretching then jogging with the ball...about 10 minutes. Next the weight machines about 15 minutes...then to the stairway...climb it up and down 10 times so 20 floors...10 minutes - 10 minutes on a treadmill because I am bored instantly, finish the cardio in the pool 15 or 20 minutes. An hour of work and quick shower. Breakfast/lunch is a protein shake I make at home. The swimming at the end guarantees no pain from the work out.

The swimming at the end made your hair turn white....grin..

Part of my workout is raking...
Today I hit it hard for an hour and a half. Good sweat and a couple of times up to the top of the cliff to look, makes a decent cardio.

Better yet, a time lapse video so we can see how it's done

I will....one of these days.

BTW Mikey, noticed the authority driving on the sand? I usually just ask them to stay away for a couple hours and don't drive on it so I can take pictures. They won't be arresting a guy like me anytime soon.

Well 3.3 miles walking 3 dogs in the morning at 630 everyday, some days another mile in afternoon. Mostly hustling around jobs.

2-3 years ago I went on a exercise kick.
I walked 3 miles every morning did 60 leg lifts and a 100 counter push-ups and some bicycling. Went from 210 to 174.

My wife thought I was looking like I was sick or to skinny.

Stopped the diet I'm back to 190 -192 but I walk everyday still.
