Cti ozone machine not producing

Does anyone know what to do with an ozone machine not producing ozone?

It worked well for about 5 days but is not producing any noticeable ozone.

Pretty disappointed, but I have a rug that I am trying one last effort on.

The CTI one.

Looks like there is a warranty but if the warranty card (available online) wasn't filled out and sent back in 30 days then it is null.

ours arrived with a broken plate. once the new plate was installed we've had no problems with it and it has worked well.

If you're hoping for ozone to help on urine, it most likely won't. Ozone doesn't do much for urine odors.
