What do you guys think of the HrdroForce CX-15? My local distributor has one for sale $900.00(still new) it just sat there collecting dust, so I asked to try it out at one of my commercial accounts...gotta say, it did leave the carpet drier than I thought. I did quick work of what normally takes 2.5 hrs to just under 2hrs. to complete. I’m thinking about keeping it.

I have one and love it for large open areas. It's low flow enough to not need to dry pass. I use mine often. If I have a carpet that is heavily soiled, I'll break out my Zipper SS.

I liked the idea behind the cx-15 but the execution was off with the product. It is meant to be a wide area tool but I still have to walk backwards. It would have been better if I could walk forward with the tool. I tried it and a zipper on a job and I chose a zipper.

I've tried the cx-15 as well and found the same thing. It would be a great tool if it had a rear vac slot.

I favor the Zipper but I bet Damon could out clean (time wise) someone using the Zipper while he is on the CX-15.
Have you seen his video using the CX-15?
He basically walks backwards, turns, and walks backwards the other way.
