The older I get the more I feel sorry for those folks. I imagine the courage it took to even call someone to come and see how they have been living. Glad your boys did the best they could with as much respect they could muster it had to be overwhelming to not walk away from that and honestly it would have been understandable. They made you proud Mikey

I wanted to walk away from a really nasty urine job. 2 little ankle biters that are the wife's darlings. The husband was so desparate to have something done. He understood that we weren't going to solve the problem. He would be happy with any improvement. I took my time and flushed and dry vacced as best I could and when I was done the husband was almost in years when he saw the difference. It's the same thing when elderly people call you because they have had an accident. Treat them with respect and don't be too quick to judge. One day, that may be you.
