how does one "forget" a 65% price increase?

L.TA
Him and his wife who runs the rental side just got back from Arizona where the wife had cancer surgery in January then they got stuck there because of the covid.
Didn't know he was back till that day. Said he was still getting back into the swing of things but I wonder. Hes known for being cheap.

Thanks Steveo.
but I'm still cornfuzed

did he know of and approve the large price increase before hand?
and did he have an invoice?
that's the one confuses me the most .
How does one miss the "pay this amount" on the invoice while writing the check?

Brady’s off this morning so I have to clean a 1455 sf, and 29 steps, move out by myself. It should come close to killing me. He has two jobs to do this afternoon. As I type this, I am drinking my morning coffee, while staring at my phone with my usual coffee club buddies.

So we don't get each other sick. If we both need to be on same job site I take another van.

We have to consider the concerns of our families more than our own.
