That's my policy.
He is on commission ---if he doesn't work he doesn't make money. He drives 80 miles round trip to work for me.
And our next availability isn't until April 1st!

That's the problem with employees, they won't do the things owners have to do, unless they are compensated like the owner.

IMO -That is what is perfect about Employees-- cuz if they did like to doing those things-- they would become O/O and become a competitor.
