Customer requested a 8am start time, but made the tech wait until 9am! Then complained about our pricing to him. And didn't save parking as required.
So disrespectful!
Im so pissed i might raise my prices again!

Pay the guy a little more and retire in thailand.

He just wants to clean carpets-- not all the stuff that owners have to do.-
Before he apologized about his meltdown, I offered him a bonus to stay while I'm in Thailand, which he declined.
he was venting about some of our inconsiderate clients.

That's the problem with employees, they won't do the things owners have to do, unless they are compensated like the owner.
