Its always there its seems like we always hear the horror stories from the contractors. Of course they may do it on purpose to keep us out of it.

It definitely takes a certain breed to run it. And there are customers that make you want to pull your hair out.
I hired a manger with 15 years experience to run in. Better to pay for the experience than pay for the education in mistakes
