drugs, lowlifes, kids with kids, lazy white trash folks and domestic violence are fairly common.
(we replace a lot broken exterior door jambs too)
One of the managers committed suicide in her apt a few years ago, but this is the first murder in the 9 years we've been doing work there

they just got a new on-site manager too.
She's been there a whole three weeks.....

I do a few nasty rat rentals in like neighborhoods, and I usually like to bring a helper on those jobs. Ya gotta keep an eye on the van while your cleaning. Nasty ass people that just don't give a shit. They'd just as soon shoot you for the bottle of water in your front seat.
