So, the crank pulley decided to come loose on my machine and got to the point where it would no longer turn the pump. I didn’t realize what was wrong until Sunday, and Monday it finished itself off. It’s been making a lot of noise and I thought the pump was failing, so I was replacing the pump when I found the actual problem. I got on the phone with Michelle from Jon Don service and she expedited a new pulley to me from Sapphire in 3 days as the machine is only a year and a half old. If I had to rely on having someone to fix it for me, it would have been much longer. Luckily I was able to reschedule my jobs as I am not terribly busy right now. It pays to know how to work on your machine.
