Most of the JC Pennys have in house cleaning staff. The one that use national contractor are very hard to replace. We support Pennys and the contractor when they are in trouble. We also have a direct conflict with their contract with a nationally know chemical supplier. So we need to keep a low profile to stay in the game. I do not remember an outside contractor being replace.

Those are beauties, Clark, but doesn't that front handle make it impossible to go under counters? I am used to having those extra inches of reach on my Clarke scrubbers. Is it removable?

Yes Art, that why it' bolted on. You can remove it. I can make one shorter and small grip. But this is what the users asked for.
