I'll be giving Honda a blast tomorrow. I brought my unit for my annual maintenance, decarb and valve adjustment, but when we did the compression check, we were low on one cylinder. Decided to overhaul the engine as it is half price of a new one and my mechanic got all the parts except for the crankcase gasket. They have one in Calgary but the miserable fookers over there won't ship anyway but Purolator. I offered to pay extra to fly it out but they say it's not their policy. Great customer service. Good news is, my new (refurbished) unit is nearing completion. The Kero heater is done, i'm just making modifications to the vac system, relocating the vac relief valve and putting in a bypass from the pump to the mixing tank. I am overworking my neighbor (fabricator friend) but it is looking good and should be much better than new. Hoping for an install next week.
